🌸 Gratitude in Full Bloom 🌸

As I reflect on the first weeks of opening my flower farm, my heart feels as full as the bouquets you've carried home. To every person who stopped by—even just to say hello or take a photo in front of the turquoise truck bed — thank you. Your presence has transformed my farm from a dream into a living, breathing place of beauty and belonging.

Whether you came out in the sunshine, braved the rain, or sweated the intense weekend heat each visit has been a quiet reminder that flowers have a magical way of connecting people. And when I see someone’s face light up as they hold a bouquet—whether it's for a celebration, remembrance, or simple delight—it’s the kind of joy that lingers long after the petals have faded.

💐 My first visitor to the farm was a woman who pulled into the drive asking if I sold vegetables. I told her I didn’t—but I offered her a freshly arranged bouquet instead. She hesitated, then shared something that stayed with me: her daughter had just lost her job and was feeling down, and she wanted to give her something that might lift her spirits.  She left with blooms wrapped in brown paper and hope. Later, she messaged me to say her daughter smiled for the first time in days.

💐 Another unforgettable moment came with my neighbor, who hadn’t been feeling well. I brought over a bouquet—nothing extravagant, just a little armful of color and fragrance—and the way her face lit up when I handed it to her was everything. She later sent me the kindest message, saying how much she’s enjoyed watching Scott and me transform our property into something clearly tended with care and from the heart. That message, her words, felt like a bouquet in return.

💐 And one day, just as the sun was beginning to set, a man turned into the drive still covered in dirt and sweat from a long day's work. He’d seen the “Flowers Today” sign as he passed by, and decided to turn around. “I want to bring my wife and daughter something beautiful,” he said. “Just to let them know how much I love them.” Watching him carefully select a bouquet with rough hands and the gentlest intentions nearly brought tears to my eyes. That moment—a hard day's work softened by blossoms—was pure poetry.

🌼 Being part of the Owasso community has been like discovering a garden that was planted before I arrived—so full of warmth, kindness, and support. I'm honored that my little farm can play even a small role in that tapestry. These moments—watching children picking out bouquets, chatting with fellow flower lovers, hosting bouquet raffles—these are why I grow. These are why I create. These are the moments that bring me JOY, and I love sharing those moments, and my JOY with YOU!

From the bottom of my dirt-stained hands: THANK YOU. You are all part of this story, and I can't wait to keep growing with you!

With Love & Blooms,

FOXY
